From MadPuffers, the studio behind Moto X3M, Basketball Stars is arcade hoops at its most physical. You pick a team, enter a tournament and try to outscore each opponent with thunderous dunks and long-range three-pointers. The rules are loose in the best way: blocking is fair game, and so is slapping the ball carrier to knock them down and take possession.
The supershot bar at the top of the screen adds a layer of strategy. Once it fills, you can trigger a special dunk from anywhere on the court, and it never misses, so saving it for the right moment can swing a close game.
